How We Do It · Touchpoint Projects
How We Work Matters.
Good building starts long before construction.

The Touchpoint Process
Clear from start to finish.
01 /
Consultation
We review your ideas, how your household uses the space, any plans and your budget. A quick call or a short message is all it takes to begin the conversation.
We look at your home and talk through your options and what’s involved.
02 /
Planning & Scope
What is included. Who is responsible. What needs to happen next. We define the work, specifications, responsibilities and pricing before proceeding.
You get a detailed quote and clear next steps. No obligation. Already have plans or a designer? We can work with your team and explain where we fit into the build.
03 /
Preparation & Selections
Layout and structural questions, material selections and site access are worked through before construction. Getting the details right on paper saves time on site.
Material orders, deliveries and trade timing are coordinated around the agreed work.
04 /
Construction & Management
A single point of contact. Coordinated trades, regular progress updates and variations documented for your approval. Decisions, changes, costs and timing are put in writing.
You’ll know where things stand. You’ll know what’s happening before you have to ask. Good planning is only the beginning. The real test is in the build.
05 /
Completion & Handover
A final walkthrough together, outstanding items documented, and relevant warranties, certificates and handover information provided.
We explain any remaining work and the follow-up so you know what happens next.
The Details That Matter
Care for Your Home.
Care in Every Detail.
Clean Junctions & Lines
Where stone, timber, tile and other materials meet, straight lines, flush transitions and neat finishes matter. The junctions, edges and everyday details deserve as much attention as the overall result.
Respect for the Home
We work in your home, not just on a building site. Protected surfaces, tidy work areas and dust control suited to the work are part of planning the site.
That care shapes how we leave things at the end of each day.
